Package includes Course I in the pre-licensing series for a Sales license in Wyoming done via correspondence.  In addition to the standard books for the course, students receive the tests in book form; answers are submitted online.   Course I provides the student a study of real estate terminology, language, law and other information that prepares the student with the necessary skills and knowledge to pass the Wyoming licensing exam as well as the National exam.  Students will need to attend Course II in class in person on days 1-3 as well as in class on days 9-10 to receive credit for Course I.
